Terms of Use

The terms that apply to the Flash website, accounts and demo requests.

Updated: 2 November 2026Draft

1. Scope and operator

These terms cover the Flash website, documentation, website accounts and demo requests.

Flash is operated by Adrián Vizcaíno Rodríguez. Full operator and contact details are available in the Legal Notice.

2. Private beta and demo requests

Flash is currently in private beta. Product demonstrations can be requested through this website. Public access is not yet available.

Demo requests are reviewed individually. We will contact you by email to discuss your project and confirm availability and arrangements. You can request a demo without creating an account.

Creating an account records your interest in Flash. Creating an account or requesting a demo does not grant access to the product or activate a paid subscription. No payments are collected through this website. Any product evaluation or paid service will require a separate agreement before it begins.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 to register or submit a request. Professionals, hobbyists and students are welcome. Provide accurate contact details, use an email or identity you control and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful content, bypass access controls or interfere with the website.

You can request account closure at our contact email. Signing out does not delete your account. Data retention, deletion and your rights are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security incidents or legal obligations. We will explain material restrictions where lawful and practicable. This does not remove your data-protection or other mandatory rights.

4. Website information and content

Product pages and documentation describe Flash and its workflows. Features and availability may evolve during the private beta. Applicable rules on advertising and binding pre-contractual information remain unaffected.

Website content belongs to its respective owners. You may browse it and use the contact and registration functions for their intended purposes. External links lead to services governed by their own terms and privacy information.

5. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available. Maintenance, security work or updates may interrupt access.

Responsibility is determined by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restrict mandatory consumer rights or limit your data-protection rights.

6. Changes, applicable law and contact

Material changes affecting your account or use of the website will be communicated through an appropriate channel, with advance notice or express acceptance where required.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. Disputes are subject to the courts determined by applicable jurisdiction rules, including any mandatory forums available to consumers.

Questions can be sent to our contact email. Read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for how this website handles personal data and browser storage.
