Current privacy state
No optional tracking technologies are active on Flash.
Authentication and the documentation preference you choose do not require cookie consent for their stated purposes. If technology requiring consent is introduced, this page will become the permanent preference centre before that technology is enabled for users who must consent.
1. Browser technology controls
Essential authentication
Always active when you sign inEncrypted session and login-transaction cookies protect account access. They are not used for measurement or advertising and cannot be disabled within Flash without preventing sign-in.
Demo form abuse prevention
At the final demo-request stepCloudflare Turnstile checks network and browser signals to protect the demo form from automated submissions. Your form answers are not sent to Turnstile. A successful check is required to submit the form; you can use the contact page for other enquiries. See the Privacy Policy for Cloudflare's roles and processing information.
Analytics and experimentation
Not in useFlash does not currently load analytics SDKs, audience measurement, session replay, experimentation identifiers, or Flash-owned analytics storage in your browser.
Advertising and profiling
Not in useFlash does not currently load advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, behavioural profiles, social-media tracking, or visitor-identification technology.
Documentation preference
When you chooseChoosing a documentation interface saves flash-docs-interface in localStorage on that documentation origin. It is used only to remember your selection, without automatic expiry. Use Reset saved interface in the documentation navigation to remove it.
The cookie and documentation-storage inventory and durations are in the Cookie Policy.
To remove the saved interface, open the documentation Guides and choose Reset saved interface beneath the selector. On mobile, open the documentation navigation first. This restores IDE and removes only that preference on the documentation origin. It does not sign you out or clear other site data.
2. Your personal-data choices
Access
Ask whether Flash processes your personal data and request a copy.
Correction
Ask Flash to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Deletion
Request deletion where the data is no longer required or another legal ground applies.
Restriction
Ask Flash to limit processing in the circumstances provided by law.
Portability
Request eligible data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Objection
Object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing at any time.
Withdraw consent
Withdraw a consent-based permission as easily as it was given, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send a request to our contact email. Flash may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity and protect account data. The request process and response timetable are: Requests are normally free of charge. Flash must respond without undue delay and within one month of receipt. Where complexity or the number of requests requires up to two additional months, Flash must explain the extension within the first month. Additional identity information is requested only where there are reasonable doubts and only to the extent necessary; do not send identity documents unless requested. If a request is refused, Flash must explain why and how to complain or seek a judicial remedy.
3. Marketing communications
Registration or a demo enquiry is not permission for unrelated marketing. If Flash introduces marketing email, every message will identify the sender and provide a direct way to unsubscribe. You may object to direct marketing at any time through that control or the privacy contact above. Flash may retain a minimal suppression record so that the opt-out continues to be respected.
4. Browser signals and settings
You can inspect, block, or delete cookies in your browser. Deleting an essential Flash session cookie signs you out. Global Privacy Control and similar recognised signals currently make no additional change because Flash has no advertising, sale-or-sharing, or optional tracking active. If that position changes, applicable opt-out signals will be assessed and implemented before launch of the relevant technology.
5. Withdraw your interest registration
You may request closure of your interest account and deletion of associated personal data through the privacy contact. Signing out does not delete the account. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal claims or statutory obligations. Retention and deletion periods: Account identity, profile and registration records are kept while your website account remains open so that we can provide the account you requested. You can request closure through the privacy contact. Closure includes review and erasure of the account data held by Flash and its authentication provider; signing out or suspending access alone does not erase the account. Data no longer needed for the account is erased without undue delay, except for the minimum records that must be blocked to meet a legal obligation or address an identified liability. Those records are destroyed when the applicable limitation period and any proceedings requiring them have ended. Backup copies follow the separate rules below.
6. Complaints and security reports
You may complain to the supervisory authority where you live or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred. In Spain, this is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Suspected vulnerabilities or incidents should be sent to our support contact. The incident process is Report suspected vulnerabilities or personal-data incidents to the published security contact with a concise description, affected URL and approximate time. Do not send passwords, access tokens, full identity documents or other people's data. The operator assesses and records the report, contains confirmed incidents, preserves only the necessary evidence and evaluates notification duties. Where required, Flash notifies the competent supervisory authority without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of a personal-data breach; affected people are informed without undue delay when the legal high-risk threshold is met. This is a reporting channel, not a promise of round-the-clock support.
